  • To Establish a luxury brand focused on Men's belts, targeted at a premium customer base with a strong emphasis on driving sales and achieving revenue growth.

  • Challenge is to create a distinctive brand identity that can compete with established players in the market and facilitate expansion

  • Another Challenge was to maintain a ROAS of 2.5X -3X while scaling budgets.

Strategy
  • Suggestion to Increase Brand Awareness: Create a professional video that represent Brand and make it available in all required formats.

  • Implemented a Facebook Brand Awareness & Traffic Campaign to expand the reach of the video toa wider audience.

  • Utilize a Google YouTube Campaign to further extend a Video's Reach to a larger audience.

  • To Boost ROAS we started expanding best successful campaigns

  • on preferred platforms &placements and to scale it even further we carried out A/B Testing.

  • Despite our efforts, we found that scaling campaigns let to a dip in ROAS so to increase AOV, we opted to bundle low-priced products.

  • We analyze Shopify Reports to identify which products could be bundled and shared a curated list of bundles with our customers.
